Privacy Notice

Your data at Papa Print

Last updated: [DATE] · Governed by the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

Template notice. This page is a starting draft written to reflect what the running app actually does. Before you rely on it as a public legal document, fill in every [PLACEHOLDER] and have it reviewed by counsel familiar with the Philippines Data Privacy Act.

What stays on your device

The ID Photo Studio and Photo Print Studio process your photos entirely inside your browser. The live camera preview, background removal (the ⚡ on-device option), face detection, cropping, retouching and sheet layout all happen on your phone or computer — those images are never uploaded to our server.

The only exception is the 🤖 Advanced (server) button, which is opt-in and asks for your consent the first time you use it. Choose that only if the on-device option cannot handle a particularly complex background.
